The solution CXinsights.io analyses the open comments of numerous sources, including any survey file, web reviews or social networks.

If you have set up your own collect tool, and would like to add reviews or comments on the platform, even coming from other sources, it is also possible either once or in streaming mode. Thanks to contact the support team.

Once the sources are defined, some other instructions may be necessary to configure the data collection:

- Which pages or which web links are concerned ?
- Which display language (in case of translation / consolidation need at corporate level)
- The period of data concerned by the analysis
- The frequence of data collection
- Etc.
