Filter by the question (Survey only)
For surveys, when the data are responses to a satisfaction questionnaire, NPS or other, each line of data in the data file can have a date, a respondent (ID), several comments, and other information.
On each comment column, a question must be recorded. This question is then required in the solution through a dedicated Question filter, which is easily accessible in Other Available Filters.
Choosing a Question value means choosing the Survey source and choosing a question. So no comments from any other source will be selected by this filter.
OUR ADVICE ?
By typing Question in the filter bar, you can directly access the list of available choices thanks to the auto-completion system.
BE CAREFUL
If you are in a multi-source project, choosing a value for the question will mean choose the source Survey AND choose this question. Therefore comment from other sources will be automatically excluded when using this filter.
