How to inject new data into the solution ?

Several solutions are existing to inject data:

1.  To upload manually files, go to the following page and add your files

Only xslx or csv format accepted. You must follow the same format for each file. This is accepted for new files, punctual surveys or data to analyze.

2.  To connect with an other system without an API, you can use a dedicated SFTP channel and automatically upload files on our secured server.

We will detect the new file and manage it automatically. You can create a short script on your side to upload easily the files to analyze, source by source.

3. To connect with another system with an API, we will create an automatic task with the desired frequency and log directly to the third party system.

This will help us connect directly with CRM, Support center data flows, etc. and add in the data base flow of messages in an easier and smooth way.

  

  Last point: the solution is already integrated with more than 30 sources, like Tripadvisor, Google Reviews, Amazon reviews etc.
