Globally the affirmation is true.
An emotional index of 30°C (80°F) means that a strong majority of responses are in the happiness mood and the most negative emotions are limited.

But 2 factors should be taken into account to corroborate this analysis:

  1. The data source
  2. The raised question

The data source : On a data base from notices of claim or claim emails, a score of 30°C (80°F) is quite improbable. A score of 25°C (70°C) would be still a good or very good result.

The raised question: On a question like "What are the positive points of the experience?",  we could expect scores superior to 30°C (80°C). A contrario, on a question like "What are the negative points of the experience?", it would be an excellent score.
