Hierarchical overview in Global module


For each project, you can access the thematic tree structure applied on the Category Overview tab of the Global module. 
 
By clicking on the title of each theme, you can access the comments in this category.  For all projects, a classification by theme has been carried out, and allows quick and efficient access to the information sought.



An Edit icon (Pen at the top right) allows you to adjust the selection of themes via a dedicated selector.

ONE ADVICE? 
By adding a filter in the dedicated field, the results in number of mentions and emotional index will be updated. 


Themes defined according to your specific use cases and needs

For all projects, a classification by theme has been carried out, and allows quick and efficient access to the information sought.

The information was ordered and prioritized according to a classification grid defined upstream of the project during the implementation and initialization phase. The category hierarchy can contain up to 3 configurable depth levels. Depending on the price level of the subscription, this thematic analysis can be customized. 

Projects contain on average 150 to 200 categories and up to 400 for the most detailed projects.

At the finest level, the Q°emotion solution currently has more than 3500 different sub-themes in the languages offered. To select the most relevant trees, the choice of themes is initially established by crossing two environment variables: on the one hand the sectors (Industries) and on the other hand the use cases (CX, HR, Branding, UX).  


 

This classification methodology allows new trees to be deployed quickly, and to reach granularity levels relevant to operational needs while remaining so synthetic when moving up one or two levels.
 


Your sector does not appear in the list above?   
No problem, we can open in a few weeks an additional expertise on a new sector, ideally with initial data that allows us to analyze the relevance of the classification proposal and with your feedback on the business vision - which will make the classification closer to your needs. On the other hand, depending on the subscription price level, it is possible to opt for groupings or deletions of themes in the project. In case of a change on the trees, a complete reprocessing of the project is necessary on the historical data, in order to keep an inter-category comparability...
