DEFINITION
The Axis of analysis are specific dimensions that help to fragment and analyze data: these dimensions will constitute the general frame used to position the results.
We propose the following axis for the chart:
  • primary emotions
  • Selections of verbatim
  • Sentiment
  • irritating and enchanting points (coming soon)
  • Quantitative metrics (Satisfaction scores, NPS, Recommendation scores, Customer Effort scores)

The values of the axis of analysis are the columns of the emotional trigger table. The emotional triggers is a data visualisation that renders and focus on discovering about:
  1. What are the main elements ( Categories, Insights, Clusters- irritants or enchanting points) that are triggering the most every unique emotion ( or any other axis of analysis, like sentiment or selection of verbatim)?
  2. We separate every axis value (mainly emotion), in order to see the rankings and the first contributing items considering a particular segment of data (filters/ periods/ keywords) and better distinguish the key levers of progression for each emotion.
