Power of iteration

The iteration function is available at Document-level in the settings area (on the right panel) for each reporting template. It enables easily to prepare 3 to 4 pages then iterate over the listing of values of a same key criterion. You will then easily publish, from a short document, a document with more than 100 pages or more with detailed results at the entity level. Below, all the destination of the file will be displayed in the reporting preview.







With the help of this function, it is possible to leverage the power of the reporting and to generalize without effort the communication to various entities and operational levels. This feature is also used to increase the delegation with the operational teams, and to give more auto-control for local teams so that decentralized business units that are more in touch with final customers can easily adjust the dimensions of the customer experience and find a better adaptation and reactivity to them.


HINT
When the user is on Preview mode, it can choose on the upper bar the key criteria values and check specific values easily. The check on important business units is then facilitated before launching a full reporting in the  PDF version. 






DID YOU KNOW?
As long as the readability of the document isn't impacted, the user may even select several iterations on a same document. The platform will then propose all the values of the key criteria A and then all the values of the key criteria B. It is therefore not a question of crossing values that could have an exponential effect that could be dangerous for the stability of the system.
