Choose your horizontal axes

Choose your horizontal axes

On the horizontal axis, it will be possible to compare, for example, stores, brands, products, answers to different questions, over one or more periods.

To do this, simply click on Add a column and enter the screen for choosing the comparison axes.

By displaying the explanations (hidden by default) a tutorial and a schema appear.

As on other screens, 3 types of filtering are thus proposed on the 3 distinct dimensions:

Date range  |   Categories  (=Themes)  |   Filters (=Key criteria and other Filters)

By clicking on period, the user can access the period filter, and select the entire period, a predefined period or a customized period, as described in the °F filter information section of the Startup Guide. The user is free to group the data as he wishes, the number of filters that can be placed in a column or row is not limited, but of course the more filters there are, the smaller the corresponding data volumes are.

The user accesses the next screen and can make a precise choice and either add other filters (values of themes or key criteria), or complete the operation by giving a name to the column (within the limit of 50 characters to ensure optimal display).

By creating a few columns, he accesses the first level of comparison: number of mentions, global e-index, but also NPS and CSAT and Distribution of comments by emotion. At the top of each column, column colors distinct from the colors of emotions are proposed to better distinguish the sets:
