Declare an error

As with any automatic analysis, especially in a field of study as complex as that of emotions, errors are possible. Do you want emotional or thematic analysis in your sector to gradually improve and reach even higher levels of reliability? 

It is always possible to report analysis errors by referring to the Q°emotion Verbatim ID. Just create a ticket (and ideally communicate this reference in object) or do a copy screen and paste the comment.




To the extent that the analysis is corroborated by the data science team (ie. in coherence with our definition of emotion, the correction will be integrated into the analysis engine and/or added to the dictionary. These additions then allow you to adjust the analyses and modify the results for all new incoming comments (by default). Correction is also possible on all past comments. If you want the results of past comments to be corrected, you must report it in the first correction email.

Please note that this option can modify the results and indicators over past periods. If your results are frozen, we do not recommend complete reprocessing
