Search for Verbatim
Dedicated specifically to displaying customer comments, a dedicated display screen called
Comment View is available for navigating and analyzing comments. It is located in the
Global module.
Search for one precise comment
If you wish to access a particular verbatim, two search modes are recommended.
o If you know the content of the Verbatim
If you know the content of the Verbatim, you can search for expressions and other quotations from the content of the Verbatim and use the keyword search feature that is located above the verbatim display panel:
o If you know an ID or a characteristic element of the verbatimIf you know the Q°emotion Verbatim ID , you can also easily search for this specific verbatim using the dedicated field, situated directly in the card Mention preview:
It will soon be possible to search for a Verbatim thanks to a search on an information field.
Search for verbatim groups
Referring to the previous chapter Filtering information, you will be able to discover all the filtering possibilities that you can use in the solution thanks to the advanced search bar:
- Search by theme
- Search by key criteria (location, product, etc.)
- Search by Verbatim size
- Search by satisfaction score
- Search by data source
- Search by question type (for survey sources only)
- etc.
