Priority rules on document filters

Priority rules on document filters

It is possible to define a scope of analysis on the 3 levels of the model:
  1. At the document level, for generic elements. Thus, if the report must deal with an airline and the data contains several airlines, it will be relevant to position a filter at the document level... and not duplicate the filter on all pages. You can also put iteration if needed at the document level.
  2. At the page level if you want to dissociate the perimeter from the other pages of the document.
  3. At the card level, for a graph or a badge. (ex: Badge Year Y-1 in comparison with a badge Year Y)

TO BE NOTICED
The prioritization rules defined into the solution encourage you to define rules and/or filters that apply first to the entire document.  If these rules or filters have a lower priority than pages and cards, this strategy will centralize the necessary changes for further updates.
