The PDF edition
By clicking on the button Preview with Project data then Export to PDF, the user will launch the process of automatic generation of a new and updated PDF file.
One counter will enable the user to see how many pages are present in the document and where the generation is currently standing. At the end of the process, automatically a saving window will open and the file report.pdf will be opened. The user will have to save on his/ her local disk the corresponding document and rename it as his/her wish.
