I have survey with a satisfaction scale of 10 and web reviews with a satisfaction scale of 5. How is calculated the satisfaction score displayed on the platform?

I have survey with a satisfaction scale of 10 and web reviews with a satisfaction scale of 5. How is calculated the satisfaction score displayed on the platform?

If web reviews are mixed with satisfaction surveys from a survey, the web reviews may be multiplied by 2 so that the solution will display consolidated results from all the data sources.
