My data have no date. Can I integrate them into the platform?
Time is a major dimension because all customer experience parameters change over time: products, locations, human contact points, etc. and period comparison is an easy way to observe the improvement and deterioration dynamics at play mentioned by customers. All this explains why the date is, therefore, a piece of essential information - required for any comment, opinion or verbatim recorded in a project and for any request.
In the event that the data collection dates are unknown or unavailable, a random date mode is available. In this case, when integrating the data, both start date and end date can be automatically defined, and the system completely randomly chooses a date in the period considered.
