I get the message 'Invalid Date' in the date range selector ?
When the date range is not coherent, the mention Invalid Date may arise in one of the two fields in the date selector of the platform :
The cases where this situation may appear are the following:
- When the beginning date is posterior to the end date of the selected period
- When the date format is erroneous
- When the chosen date does not contain any data or comment (not selectionable date)
If another situation triggers a mention Invalid Date, thanks to contact the support team and open a ticket (Help Center).
If the selection of date seems blocked, it is recommended to:
1. reinitialize the search using ie. a pre-defined period or the total period (All)
2. then try again the date range selection.
