When shall I create a new project and when shall I incorporate my data to an existing project ?

The number of projects that you can create on the platform is not limited. We advise you to create a new project when one of the 3 following cases arise:
  1. The use case or the audience are totally different

Examples: Comments about the brands vs. Comments about the experience /  
Internal survey from Employee vs. Customer surveys

  1. The emotion expected will be naturally different due to the channel or the source 

Examples: Discussions from the Complaints service vs Cold survey from random customers / 
Comment about the Support team that is managing delays etc.

  1. You will need on a daily or frequent basis to access to the data of the first batch of data WITHOUT the second batch. Then if you merge elements, every time you will need to access the first results, you will need to filter and you will lose time.

Examples: You have daily reactions about the satisfaction surveys and you get a punctual survey about the brand naming. / If you want to keep sources separated to send separated reports to different internal audiences, then you will have the choice between the 2 options.

If one of these 3 markers arises, we advice you to create a new project. If not we advise to incorporate the file into an existing project.
