Cross referencing categories and filters

For all the modules, a dedicated page called View by Filter allows you to cross-reference the desired filter criteria with the themes and sub-themes on the specific dimension of the experience. Choose the visualization, for survey results, to lay all the results flat on operational dimensions and to use a single and same comparison criterion (a customer experience theme in this dimension of the experience).


This page allows you to choose the filter axis and zoom with the display density bar if the number of values is too large for a pleasant display:
