Introduction
Making an internal or external benchmark, for example by sector, is often crucial because it makes it possible to position a department or a situation in relation to comparable entities. This comparison can reveal the company's strengths and assets, can identify best practices of internal or external competitors and helps to improve the internal organization to better impact the customer experience.
With its custom benchmark functionality, Q°emotion allows users not only to compare but also to simply build an unlimited number of dashboards with an unlimited number of columns and rows, on all the most relevant themes, analytical axes, and operational variables. This tool is intended to become a real tool for taking control of indicators and emotional results by entity and theme.
